She takes pride in mentoring and training aspiring artists, nurturing their talents and fostering their personal growth. She specializes in formal styling and was an educator for Hotheads hair extensions. She also enjoys customized coloring services and full makeover transitions. Her hobby for hair, make up and fashion began when she was a child! Following her passion led her happily to purpose!

Vanessa

Hello, I'm Vanessa, a passionate hairstylist with over 14 years of experience in color and styling. For the past 3 years, I've had the pleasure of working at Parlor E11evin, where I specialize in all aspects of color, cuts, and Hothead extensions. Additionally, I'm honored to be part of the bridal team at Pretty On Premises. Beyond the salon, I find joy in spending time with family, friends, and my beloved fur baby, Hendrix. Traveling is another passion of mine, as it allows me to explore new cultures and experiences. One of my guiding principles is a quote by Maya Angelou: 'I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.'

Allyson

Allyson has been a professional hairdresser for 23 years. She began her journey at the Aveda Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, and continued honing her craft during a two-year apprenticeship, specializing in the precision of the French cutting technique, Dessange. In 2006, she relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, where she has been passionately serving her clients for the past 18 years.

Allyson is known for creating personalized haircuts and custom color treatments, ensuring each client feels both welcome and valued. She prioritizes a thoughtful approach, tailoring every style to suit the individual’s unique needs and hair type. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry trends, she continually educates herself on the latest techniques and innovations, maintaining a balance between contemporary styles and customized client experiences.

Caitlin

Caitlin has been in the beauty industry for 20 years working in places like New York City, Miami  and Australia. Caitlin spent 11 years as global education manager for a professional hair care brand and is very passionate about hair education and bringing that expertise to her clients. When she’s not working, you can find Caitlin traveling the world or enjoying great cup of coffee. Queue the espresso beans.

Grace

Grace, a versatile stylist and Salon manager at Parlor E11evin. While Grace excels in various techniques, she has a soft spot for tape-in extensions. She also does formal styling at Pretty On Premises. Her passion lies in empowering individuals and igniting their confidence, whether through subtle enhancements or bold transformations. Outside the salon, you'll likely find her immersed in the melodies of Lana Del Rey, surrounded by her bustling family, or cherishing the camaraderie of her exceptional coworkers. Kennedy

Kennedy, a dedicated manager at Parlor E11evin. With expertise ranging from highlights to all-over color, Kennedy's true passion lies in forging genuine connections with every client who graces her chair. Beyond her skillful techniques, she thrives on fostering new friendships and creating memorable experiences. If you share her love for good music, trash TV, and simply enjoying life, you'll feel right at home in her capable hands.

Ellie

Ellie, the welcoming face at the front desk of the salon and a talented makeup artist for Pretty on Premises! With a lifelong passion and natural talent for makeup, Ellie finds joy in helping people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin through her work. When she's not glamming clients, you can find her immersed in music, cherishing time with loved ones, and eagerly making new friends. Ready to get glammed up? Ellie's your go-to gal!

Maddy

Maddy, a stylist and assistant at Parlor E11evin, also doubling as a makeup artist for Pretty On Premises. With three years of hairstyling experience and six years of makeup practice, Maddy has been adding her touch to the wedding industry for over a year now. Her favorite part of the job? Witnessing the confidence bloom in her clients, both inside and out, after they leave her chair. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new hangout spots in DFW with friends, babysitting adorable kids, or basking in the sun with her furry companions.

Landri

Meet Landri, New Talent stylist stylist and assistant at Parlor E11evin, where she also shines as a hairstylist for Pretty on Premises. A proud graduate of cosmetology school, Landri has found her true passion in the art of hairstyling, delighting in the opportunity to make people feel beautiful every day. Beyond the salon, she finds solace in traveling, immersing herself in new experiences and cultures. Landri also enjoys unwinding with music and cherishing moments with her family.

Savannah

Greetings, everyone! Meet Savanah Gayle, Guest Relations at Parlor E11evin. With a makeup journey starting in 2019 and professional expertise since 2023 with our sister company, Pretty On Premises, Savanah specializes in soft glam and vibrant looks. As you step into the salon, she's often the welcoming face awaiting you. Looking forward to meeting you soon! 

Alondra

Hi, I'm Alondra! I’ve been a licensed stylist for 5 years, specializing in blowouts and formal styles. My greatest passion is helping women feel beautiful, confident, and building lasting relationships with my clients.

Outside of work, I have a black lab named Zack, and we love spending time outdoors on long walks. I’m also a proud mom to my almost 2-year-old daughter, Jazlyn, who is the center of my world. Everything I do is for my little family, making sure both my fur baby and my daughter have everything they need.

Lyvi

Fort Worth native Lyviann, known as Lyvi, brings over 16 years of expertise to the hair industry. With a specialization in blowouts, cutting, hairstyling, and bridal services, Lyvi’s passion for beauty started in high school and was refined through formal training at Ogle Hair School.

Her career highlights include working backstage with industry leaders like Babyliss Pro and styling for local talent, Lyvi’s work has also been featured in Fort Worth Magazine, showcasing her ability to craft standout looks for local artists.

Driven by creativity and a commitment to her craft, Lyvi aspires to take her skills to the international stage by working at fashion runway shows, where her artistry can truly shine.
